Steven P. Pody has been writing (and singing!) between latitudes and longitudes since 1969. He has published a 137-page volume of verse, entitled “The Panoptikon” (Dec 2008), and his poetic work is additionally represented in anthologies in Arizona, California, Maryland, Ol’ Virginny, and the internet. Steven was a citizen of Alaska for ten years. He also lived for 1 1/2 years in the Middle East, and 4 1/2 years in Africa. Africa time was mostly covered by two tours in the U.S. Peace Corps. His current tally stands at 53 countries and 48 U.S. states visited, including multiple Arctic Circle crossings — all of which have provided colorful fodder for his work Steven met his German wife, Beate, at an archaeological dig in the Golan Heights of Israel. They have three adult children, and their life together is a loverly long-running poem

Barbara has been working on websites for over
25 years. She had her own PT computer business in FL. also working as a writer/photographer for a local magazine. She also enjoyed visiting local gardens taking photos to create her own note cards she sold locally. Barbara also won 2nd place in two poetry contests.
She has two passions, photography, and creating websites which filled her spare time back in FL.
Since moving to VA she had been looking to find something to fill the void and happily donated her time to create a new website for us.
She has also offered to help some others in the group to learn the Website program so we always have someone to add or delete content as needed on our website.
